| A ready to serve Hot and Crispy Toast Seafood Egg Cup. |
| Ingredients needed~ Soft butter, Slices of wheat bread, Mozzarella cheese, Tuna Mayo, Crab sticks. |
| Cut the crusts off the bread and using a rolling pin, compress each slice. |
| Press the bread into the lightly greased baking or muffin cup. |
| Fill bread cups with cheese, tuna, crab sticks and top with a whole egg. |
| Sprinkle with a bit of pepper salt, cheese powder and mixed herbs to taste. |
| Bake the bread cups in a 250 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. |
| Remove from oven and immediately tightly cover with aluminium foil and let it set for another 10 minutes for a barely set egg whites before serving. |
